Annual Meeting election results 2015

In response to home owner reports of property damage and domestic pets being attacked, we wanted to provide resources to our home owners who might be affected by these situations.

WILDLIFE CONTACT INFOMATION:

FIRST:  Contact CCC Animal Control @ 925-646-5250, as they track these types of issues.

Department of Fish & Wildlife:  general #916-358-1300

If, after contacting CCC Animal Control and the Department of Fish and Wildlife it is determined the animals should be trapped or killed, the property owner will have to file for a Depredation Permit with Department of Wildlife – no cost for the permit.  To do this individuals must contact the Wildlife Biologist.  As of October 2014, that person is:  John Krause 415-454-8050 or email john.krause@wildlife.ca.gov

The management office cannot contact either of these departments for damage to private property – it must be the property owner who makes the contact with these departments.

Any noted damage to common area should be reported to PM&A, Inc. hoamgmt@pmahoa.com as soon as possible.

The WoodRanch Owners Association is located in the beautiful rolling hills of Southeast Danville, California. This is some of the most spectacular and desirable real estate in the Bay Area.

The sweeping views of the San Ramon Valley, Mount Diablo and the surrounding East Bay Regional Park open space invite this active, vibrant, diverse community. Almost 90 acres of dedicated open space owned and maintained by WoodRanch is an inviting buffer between our homes, recreational facilities and the surrounding hills, valleys and natural wonders. All of this is protected for the communities’ future and ours.

The WoodRanch Board of Directors invites you to involve yourselves in the many activities and opportunities that our community has to offer. This website, and its purpose, is dedicated to our commitment to continually improve and challenge ourselves, serve our members, and the local neighborhoods and communities. Our website will now be the vehicle for the WoodRanch Life newsletter, other announcements of interest, a community calendar, documents and information about our association and its functions. Information, education and access are keys to this goal. We invite your comments and discussion of how to better serve our community. We also invite you to be active in the operation and activities of our association. All of us can and do make the difference here in WoodRanch.
