Pool, Spa and Tennis Court

The pool,spa, tennis facilities are accessible to all homeowners, with their issued keys, from the hours of 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. The pool will open on May 1 and it is required that all children under the age of 13 be accompanied by an adult. There can be no glass containers in the pool area.
The spa is open year round between the hours of 6:00 am. and 10:00pm. The tennis courts are for tennis only. It is forbidden to use razors, skateboards, roller blades, and bikes on the court surface.
Pool/Spa Rules
Our pool and spa are for everyone’s enjoyment, but before you go diving in head first, here’s a few guidelines:
- This is a private pool. Members and guests are to swim at their own risk.
- The gates must be locked at all times.
- The Association assumes no liability for any personal injury, loss of property or damage to property.
- Keep the pool area tidy so that everyone may enjoy it.
- If you are aware of any problems, please speak up. This is your pool as well
- Children under the age of 16 must have adult supervision at all times.
- Only homeowners and a maximum of 4 guests per household, escorted by homeowners, are allowed in the pool area.
- Food is allowed in the pool area. No food is to be eaten while in the pool. All trash must be placed in trash receptacles. Unbreakable containers – Absolutely no glass!
- Swimming suits must be worn, no cut-offs allowed. Babies in diapers must wear plastic pants, in addition to the diaper and/or swimming suit, while in the pool.
- Horse play is not allowed. This includes rough, boisterous play; running; yelling; screaming; skateboards and bicycles.
- Pets are NOT ALLOWED in the pool area.
- Suntan and sunscreen lotion only; please, no baby oil. Shower before entering the pool.
- No inflatable toys or mattresses are allowed in the pool, with the exception of infant safety flotation devices.
- No radios or cassettes allowed, except with headsets.
- Uninvited guests should be told to leave by any and all residents present. Remember, this is your property. If they do not leave, each of you is encouraged to treat them as trespassers and call the police.
Anyone who consistently shows disregard for the preceding rules will be asked to leave the pool area. Repeat offenders will be referred to the Board of Directors for appropriate action.
Tennis Court Rules
- Tennis shoes or rubber-soled shoes must be worn at all times on the court.
- No black-soled shoes allowed, as well as no street shoes or golf shoes.
- No glass is allowed on the courts.
- No children under the age of 16 are permitted on the courts unless accompanied by an adult.
- A maximum of 2 sets to be played when others are waiting.
- It is forbidden to use razors, skateboards, roller blades, and bikes on the court surface.
The Board of Directors reserves the right to amend the above rules as deemed necessary for the health and safety of all homeowner.
